Incident Reporting App makes filling out an accident statement easy and intuitive! All necessary information can be collected by the driver immediately after an incident and logged for insurance claim purposes. The app will synchronize all data to the Dynamics AX 2012 server which then provides a full overview to managers of the Incident Lifecycle for insurance claims.

The app collects GPS location, Vehicle information, as well as Photos and Video for fast, reliable incident reporting direct to the system. The app is designed for real time use but also contains a local cache in case there is no connection to the backend server. Details of an incident can be recorded and synchronized at a later time.
